Over the last week or so, it seems like Wes and I have been repeating ourselves a lot. Below are the most common sentences said in recent days to one or both of our children.
- I don't think you should put that whole thing in your mouth.
- Don't you like anything?
- That doesn't look safe.
- Be careful.
- That must have hurt.
- You're okay.
- No, you can't have any more graham crackers.
- Don't push him/her.
- Don't take his/her toy.
- How did you get up there?
- Get down from there.
- Get off of him/her.
- Please sit down in the tub.
- Get away from the trash can.
- Leave Chubbs alone.
- Can you please not do that?
- Can't you play/sleep/be calm for ten more minutes?
- Okay, one more cracker.
- Are you ready for bed yet?
- You're being silly.
