Swaddled

Wes and I are not the only parents in our house. And, Gavin and Vivian are not the only babies.

Our babies, Gav and Viv, have recently begun pretending that their stuffed animals and baby dolls are their own children. They carry their "babies" around the house, pacify them (by shoving one of their pacis in a baby's mouth), rock them, feed them (by shoving real and fake food into a baby's mouth), and hold them over their shoulders while patting their backs. It's too freaking cute. One of their favorite things to do is to swaddle their babies, either by throwing a blanket on a baby and then picking it up or by bringing a baby and blanket to one of us so that we can swaddle it. Then, they carry their wrapped up babies around the house while hugging and kissing them. Gotta love those kiddos.
