Celebrating the 4th

On Sunday afternoon, Wes, the kiddos, and I made our way over to the Milligans' house from Bridgewater for our annual 4th of July celebration. Of course, we had to make a stop at IHOP on the way.

Once we arrived, it didn't take long for Gavin and Vivian to ask to go in the pool.
They had a ball swimming with us, Aunt Sarah, and Grandma Renee.

The next morning, Gavin remembered the pool and promptly asked us to "SWIM!" We ate breakfast

That morning after breakfast, we all went swimming with Aunt Rachel, Kat, Aunt Sarah, and Grandma Renee. Then, clothes were changed and some snacks were eaten before their nap. When they woke up, the Rosier clan had arrived (Grandma, PopPop, and Uncle Philip).

The popsicles were a hit!

After saying hello to all of the new faces, it was time to swim again!

GG (my mom) arrived while we were swimming and jumped right in! Then it was time to eat and do birthdays (Rachel's bday is on the 6th, mine is on the 14th, and Sarah's is in April but we usually celebrate it on July 4th). Gavin and Vivian were happy to help blowing out candles, unwrapping presents, wearing gifts, and eating cupcakes.

We left the Milligans' around 7:15pm and got home around 9:30pm. It was a busy few days, but totally worth it!
