On Saturday, we put up our Christmas tree and started to decorate our mantle. Well, we got most of our tree up. The tree is up and the lights are strung. Hey, the star is even on the top. But, the ornaments are a no-go. Wes and I put up the tree while G & V were sleeping (with the hopes of decorating it with them in the afternoon). When they woke up, they both FREAKED OUT about the tree being in the house and could not stop touching it. It was ridiculous.
It's not Sunday night and they touched the tree all day. Therefore, ornaments will not be placed on our tree's branches until Christmas Eve. Maybe a new holiday tradition? We'll see...
