Mother's Day 2013

On Sunday, we ate breakfast (made by Wes) and then went to the park to try out the twins' new bikes and for Pax to ride in his new car for a bit.

GG left after the park to head back to MD and then the rest of us (us and Grandma) went to the arboretum for a bit before Grandma went back to MD.

There was a horse-drawn carriage at the arboretum.

We fed the duckies.

Here, Gavin asked me, 

"Mom, can I go in this puddle? I'll hold my pants up!"

While he didn't get wet at that puddle, we weren't so

lucky a few minutes later. Totally soaked. Both of them.

On the way back to the car, we met someone who had a really cool quad-copter. He was nice enough to explain it to the twins and show them how it worked.

It was a gorgeous Mother's Day!
