Trying to Catch Up: May 2014

It started to warm up in May. We played outside a lot.

We also went to the children's museum downtown.

We had a great pre-birthday party visit with the Richelsens (Steph, Tony, and Nick).

We had the Pirate-Mermaid Birthday Party for all three kids. (I wrote about that day HERE).

The twins were registered for kindergarten!

The twins turned FIVE years old!

Vivian had her first dance recital (with her BFF, Olivia).

We went to Smith Mountain Lake for 5 nights. You can read all about that vacation HERE and HERE.

Gavin got creative with his tool belt.

I went to Maryland for the day to visit April and her new baby girl, Camden Annabelle!

Paxton turned TWO years old!

We went to a car show and had a picnic at a park.

We watched Frozen music videos 492 times while singing ALL of the words at the TOP of our lungs!

Gavin got a book from Uncle Philip that he is ridiculously in love with.

Paxton's hair got longer. And curlier.

We went to another car show and free festival.

The kids washed Daddy's car and had a blast doing it!

Vivian drew beautiful pictures.

We went to the Virginia drive through safari park with the Whitehurst family.

We went to a goodbye party for some teachers at the twins' school.

We went to Gavin's Soccerfest, complete with TONS of food and multiple bouncy houses for free!

And last, but not least, Paxton and Vivian played dress up.
