Last weekend, my mom (GG) came down for a visit. And she brought a box of craft projects for Gavin and Vivian. They had a ton of fun making their little crafts and playing with them. The first project was to make Fruit Loop Necklaces.
Vivian immediately understood what we were making and got straight to work while Gavin put a few loops on the ribbon and left the rest up to me (because he was busy eating the Fruit Loops of course).
Of course, Gavin ate his necklace in a few minutes and Vivi had her necklace for the rest of the day.
Next, it was time to break out the sand table! It was a HUGE hit! We played on the deck for an entire hour! GG and I were astounded by their attention spans. They were little busy bees.
At a certain point, I guess they both got a little tired and they each wanted to sit while they played in the sand.
The last thing we did on Saturday was to play with two new balls in the backyard.

I'm stealing the fruit loop necklace craft. Our weather hit another cold snap and this will be the perfect Saturday morning activity. YEA!
Totally stealing the necklace idea too! God when did G and V get so BIG!!!!
