• Gavin is wearing his underwear backwards. When you ask him why, he says, "because I want to see the choo-choo." You see, for some reason, the stupid kid underwear companies only put pictures on the back of some of his underwear. So naturally, he wears them backwards so that the picture can be on the front. Oh yeah, and he's not wearing anything else. Just undies. Backwards undies.
• Paxton is riding his car walker all around the dining room, banging his toys on the tray and squealing wildly. And I'm having to get up every few minutes to put his toy back on his tray after he throws it on the floor.
• Vivian is wearing an extravagant hat (with a feather), her Dora necklace, high heels, several bracelets, and a scarf. She's also carrying this tin Strawberry Shortcake thing that she has filled with little foam blocks that she is calling "dino treats". Since she is incapable of securely latching the damn thing, the blocks are falling out all over the floor every few minutes, to which she responds by screaming and crying and whining. She pulls herself together, puts the blocks back inside, tries to close it again, and walks away only for the entire cycle to happen again a few minutes later.
