On Friday, the 30th, we packed up the car and drove up to MD. The Milligans have an annual holiday party and we didn't want to miss it this year. We started off the day by going out to lunch with Wes' mom and brother. Then, we met my mom over at Renee's house for the party set-up. G & V were hilarious, playing with everyone (and the Christmas tree), opening presents, and eating tons of food.
We slept over at the Milligan's house that night and spent the morning at the park, watching cartoons, and playing outside.
Saturday afternoon was spent at the Alhassani's house with Iad, Brandy, Carter, Steph and Tony. The kids played with Play-doe for all of 10 minutes and then for hours with all of Carter's other toys, making a huge mess in the living room.
We drove home that night and made it back by 10:30pm on New Year's Eve.
