2nd Annual Cookie Painting Black Friday

Last year, we started an awesome cookie-painting tradition on Black Friday. My mom thought of it and we absolutely LOVE this new ritual of ours. See our fun from last year HERE.

Unfortunately, the Milligans weren't able to stay til Friday this year. The cookie-painters included my mom, Wes' mom, dad, and brother, Philip's girlfriend, and then me, Wes, Vivi, and Gavin. It was a lot of fun.

The Rest of Our MD Trip

After Steph's baby shower, Vivi and I went back to my mom and Max's house. Wes and Gavin met us there a couple of hours later after their D.C. extravaganza. We ate dinner and went to bed. It was a long, exhausting day.

Sunday morning, we woke up and my mom made us pancakes, bacon, and eggs for breakfast.

My mom's complex has an incredible gym with a fully-stocked playroom attached to it. Since the gym is only one door down from my mom's apartment, we decided to check out the playroom after breakfast. The twins were VERY excited.

Gavin's favorite toy was a train set and Vivi's was a pretend ice cream set. Paxton loved everything.

When we got back, it was time for cupcake decorating!

 That afternoon, we went to a train garden. Very cool.

We also got to stroll around a huge car show! Wes was very pleased. We went back to my mom and Max's that night for dinner, more playtime in the playroom, and the twins got a bath in their HUGE tub.

Around 8pm, we piled the kids in the car and drove home to VA. It was a great weekend.
