Vivian is funny. She's a true comedian. And she knows it. Gavin is funny, too. But the difference between Vivian and Gavin is that Gavin does funny things just because he's a weird kid but Vivian intentionally tries several times a day to actually be funny. She really gets humor. She understand it. And she LOVES the attention she gets when she's funny, so she tries things out on us, gauges our reaction, and then decides if she's going to do it again or not.
For instance, once she learns that a phrase or word gets a good laugh, she will use it over and over and over. She has recently started saying, "Are you kidding me?" with her hands usually on her hips and her head cocked to the side. It's hilarious.
If you've spent any amount of time with her lately, you've seen one of these blatant displays of humor. There's no better way to describe it: she's just funny.
